FORMAT
All teams consist of four shooters. Each team shoots at twelve stations, with seventy-two total targets per shooter. Additionally, each team shoots one flurry game for score. The flurry score will be added to the sporting clays score to get the team's overall score. Champions will be determined by the Lewis Class Scoring system listed below. 

The fee includes ammunition (12 and 20 gauge), seventy-two targets, one team flurry competition, golf cart transportation, lunch, and a cocktail reception.

LEWIS CLASS SCORING
The Lewis Class is a curved scoring system used to spread awards among a group of shooters, allowing more shooters the opportunity to win an award. After the shoot is complete, The Greater Houston Gun Club will rank all of the team's scores from highest to lowest and divide them equally into four classes. The top team out of each of those  classes will be that class's champion.

Additionally, the team with the highest team flurry score will receive the Team Flurry Competition Award. The team with the highest overall score (sporting clays plus team flurry) will receive the High Overall Team Award.
