Dear St. Francis Families:

Every spring for the past 50 years, our church families and school community have come together for St. Francis Festival Day—a spirited afternoon of fun, food, and fellowship. Mark your calendars and get ready for a party of epic proportions—our big 50th birthday bash! On Sunday, April 24, from 1:00–4:00 p.m., we are going to transform the grounds of St. Francis Episcopal School and Church (Piney Point Campus, 335 Piney Point Road, 77024) into an outdoor birthday bonanza with something for everyone—the young and young at heart!

To pay homage to a past Festival favorite, we are excited to add a COLOR RUN to this year’s festivities! Staggered by age group, the run will kick off at 12:30 p.m. for a colorful start to Festival. More information coming soon!

Sponsorship and Underwriting Opportunities

Want to support this party? You can…

• Underwrite a recognition item

• Pre-order event tickets
• Sponsor an activity or food booth

• Bake sweet treats for the bake sale
• Order Festival T-shirts and underwrite a faculty T-shirt
• Volunteer your time

All sponsors will be acknowledged on booth signs, on the Festival banner, and in Wolf Watch. Multiple families may combine their donations to sponsor a booth. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exclusive booth sponsorship. All underwriters will be acknowledged on the Festival banner and in the Wolf Watch following Festival. When selecting your complimentary T-shirt, please specify Adult or Youth sizes.

Friday, March 11: Deadline for underwriting opportunities to allow for production time

Friday, March 25: All other packet materials submission due online

All money raised by Festival benefits the One Community Fund, which supports landscaping projects, staffing expenses, and many infrastructure improvements for shared areas that are vital to the growth of our school and church community. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to celebrating with you at one of our community’s most time-honored traditions!
