We're so excited to celebrate 50 years of Festival with you on Sunday! Below, please find important details about the event.
SPIRIT DAY(S)
Students can show their spirit by wearing their Festival T-shirt (with jeans or uniform bottoms) on Spirit Day—Thursday, April 21 (T/Th Pre-Primary and Middle School)andFriday, April 22 (Primary, Lower, and Upper School). Then, of course, students sport their Festival T-shirts on Festival Day!
VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED
We REALLY need more volunteers, especially for the late-afternoon shifts. Visit the SignUpGenius website to join the crew.
Middle School students, alongside a parent, and Upper School students can volunteer at Festival to earn service hours. We ask that parents carefully look at the description of the volunteer tasks, and help their students select a role they feel comfortable in (excluding the Pick-A-Chop booth). Sign up for a shift, and add your child’s name in the “comments” section. On Festival Day, parents and students should check in and out at the Volunteer Booth.
A huge thank-you goes out to all who have already signed up to donate their time.
TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased the day of Festival from two ticket booths—one at the main entrance to the event (between the OAC and the athletics fields), and the other near the outdoor classroom. A sheet of 40 tickets costs $20.Cash is preferred. Credit cards will be accepted only at the register located in the Fine Arts Center (FAC) near the stage.
BAKE SALE
If baking is your talent, your generous donation of goodies can be dropped off on Saturday, April 23, from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at the side door of the FAC (across from the Outdoor Classroom) on the Piney Point Campus. You won’t even have to get out of your car—volunteers will be waiting on the curb to grab your sweet treats. We are asking each volunteer to bring two dozen cookies/treats, but we always welcome more! Depending on the size of the dessert, please place two to three treats in each baggie. If you cannot put them in baggies, we suggest packing them in a shirt box so they do not get smashed.

To pay homage to a past Festival favorite, we are excited to add a COLOR RUN to this year’s festivities! Staggered by age group, the run will kick off at 12:30 p.m. on the north entrance of the church and school parking lot for a colorful start to Festival.
